Free shipping Australia-wide

Every Rugged Up order ships free anywhere in Australia, with no minimum spend.

Where we ship from

All orders are packed and sent from Queensland.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day. Regional and remote areas can take a little longer.

Delivery times are estimates from our carriers and aren't guaranteed. Occasionally things like weather, peak seasons or carrier delays can slow a parcel down. If that happens, we'll do what we can to help.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves us, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Where we deliver

We currently ship within Australia only.

Check your address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you place your order. If you spot a mistake, email us at wear@ruggedup.com.au straight away and we'll try to fix it before it ships. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us at wear@ruggedup.com.au with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged). We'll work with the carrier and make it right.
